Venue and Hotel:
The 2022 Bench Press National Championship will be held in the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside. A special group rate of $159 per night in the hotel. To book your rooms, please use this link:

Eligibility:
NO qualifying total is required.
All Athletes are required to be current members of Powerlifting America by February 1st.

Uniforms:
All support suits, shirts, wraps, and singlets must be on the IPF Approved List.
Awards:
Medals will be given to 1st – 5th place by total and weight class for all divisions.
Best Lifter Awards for each age division by IPF GL Points.
Note:
All registered lifters are subject to drug testing before or after the competition from USADA or CCES.
Admission for spectators and personal coaches: $20.00 at the door.

- 16th Annual NAPF North American Regional Bench Press Championships – Aguadilla, Puerto Rico
- 9th NAPF/FESUPO Pan-American Regional Bench Press Championships – Aguadilla, Puerto Rico
