Venue and Hotel:

The Embassy Suites by Hilton in Scottsdale, AZ, will host the 2023 Classic Sub-Junior, Junior, and Masters Nationals and the 2023 Equipped (All Age Divisions and Open) Nationals.

Airport:

Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is just 10 miles from the venue and accommodations. This is approximately a $34 Uber ride under normal conditions.

Hotel:

The Embassy Suites by Hilton will also serve as the official event hotel. Each room is a two-room suite with a separate living room

The resort is less than a mile from Old Town Scottsdale home to the Arts District and Entertainment District with dozens of restaurants, craft cocktail bars, lounges, night clubs and southwestern shops and one of a kind boutiques, in addition to being a block away from luxury shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

  • $129 Daily Rate (includes Free breakfast buffet and complimentary evening reception daily).

Eligibility:  

Athletes shall be required to achieve a Total (from any weight class) from Powerlifting America, NAPF, IPF, or IPF Affiliate events between January 1, 2022, and June 1, 2023. Please contact us at [email protected] if you registered but still need to achieve a total.

All Athletes are required to be current members of Powerlifting America.

Uniforms:

All singlets, wraps, and sleeves must be on the IPF Approved List.

Awards:

Medals will be given to 1st – 5th place by total and weight class for all divisions.

Notes:

All registered lifters are subject to drug testing before or after the competition from USADA or CCES.

  • 2023 World Classic & Equipped Sub-Junior & Junior Powerlifting Championship – Cluj-Napoca, Romania
  • 2023 World Classic & Equipped Masters Powerlifting Championship – Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia 
  • 20th Annual NAPF North American Regional Powerlifting Championships – Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
