2025 Powerlifting America University Nationals

April 3rd – 6th, 2025

Venue:

The Powerlifting America University National Championships will be held at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, Georgia.

Airport:

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is just 1.3 miles (4 minutes) from the venue and hotel accommodations. Both hotels are a two-minute ride away via the ATL SkyTrain from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Hotel:

The Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway and AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Airport Gateway will have special group rates throughout the event week. More information and our official room block with exclusive group rates will be released soon.

Eligibility:  

  • Students who are currently officially registered and proceeding toward a degree or diploma at an accredited Institution.
  • Students must be at least 17 and no older than 25 years of age on December 31st of the year of the event.
  • All Athletes must be current Powerlifting America members by March 3rd, 2025.

  • NO qualifying total is required!

Uniforms:

All support suits, shirts, wraps, belts, singlets, and knee sleeves must be on the IPF Approved List.

Awards:

Medals will be given to 1st – 5th place by total and weight class for all divisions.

Best Lifter Awards will be awarded to the top male and female lifters in both the Raw and Equipped categories at the conclusion of the event.

Team Awards will be awarded to the top 3 teams in the Raw and Equipped categories for both male and female teams. There are no team fees to be eligible for team awards; all teams are automatically entered for the team awards at the 2025 University Nationals.

Note:

All registered lifters are subject to drug testing before or after the competition from USADA.

  • 2025 IPF University Cup – Istanbul, Turkiye
  • 2025 IPF World Classic & Equipped Sub-Junior & Junior Powerlifting Championship – San Jose, Costa Rica
  • 19th Pan-American / 22nd Annual NAPF North American Regional Powerlifting Championships – Kingston, Jamaica

Regular Entry Deadline: Tuesday, February 11th, 2025 @ 11:59 pm ET ($175)
Late Entry Deadline: Sunday, March 2nd, 2025 @ 11:59 pm ET ($200)
